I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I currently hold a license as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have experience working in the mental health field in various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, crisis centers, etc. I am passionate about my work with adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. My practice includes integrative approaches that treat each client as unique and complex: CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Art therapy, breathwork, NLP, and Narrative. I am licensed as an EMDR therapist which I combine with the previous mentioned approaches. My skills include my work in Neurofeedback and Brain Training, with an experience of four years.
I am bilingual, Spanish being my native language, which has allowed me to work with the Hispanic community as well as understand the impact culture has on mental health. I strive to be a therapist that celebrates diversity and provides various resources and approaches to help the unique circumstances of each individual. Let me help you tap your potential to discover yourself, embrace all parts of you, and create your own happiness.
