Hello! I am a Wellness Technician at our Orem location helping with neurofeedback, case management, administrative support, plus more. I can assist in both English and Spanish and have been working at Aspen Valley Wellness since early 2023.
I recently earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University in December of 2024. I plan to get my Master’s, also in social work to broaden my skill set and achieve my goal of becoming a therapist myself! I dream of giving back to my community the best way I can as a mental health professional.
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, fiancé, dogs and bunny. I also love to bake, travel, and do new things!
