Audio-Visual Entrainment

Audio-visual entrainment is the process of using a series of flashing lights and pulses of tones to guide the brain into various states of brainwave activity and ultimately putting the participant into a meditation-like state of deep relaxation. This state of relaxation increases cerebral blood flow and the release of serotonin, endorphins and dopamine in the brain. Audio- Visual Entrainment can help:

  • Anxiety
  • ADD
  • Seasonal Affective Disorder
  • PTSD
  • Chronic pain

It has many other benefits as well, such as improved sleep, mood boost, aids in stress release and relaxation, decreased test anxiety, and can help optimize performance.
